Cooking and eating Indian cuisine is a discovery of a culture, the richly varied history and the spicy treasures of this fascinating land.
Mughal cooking was part of the romance of the old caravan routes of India, travelled by the traders and warriors of yesteryear.
Today that cooking comes to West End, Mallow. Tandoori dishes from the clay oven, baltis cooked and served in the pan, and mild dishes for beginners, seven nights a week.
